AI Use Policy

1. Introduction

tactac.love uses artificial intelligence (“AI”) technologies to create personalized video greetings based on the information you provide. This AI Use Policy explains how and why AI systems are used, which third-party services are involved, which data they receive, how long it is stored, and which safeguards are applied.

This policy supplements our Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy.

2. Why We Use AI

AI allows us to generate high-quality personalized videos within minutes. It enables:

• video scene creation using the recipient’s first name;
• automated video rendering and editing;
• future optional AI voice generation (via ElevenLabs);
• automated moderation and name validation to prevent inappropriate or harmful content.

3. AI & Cloud Services We Use

tactac.love uses the following AI and cloud service providers:

• Google Veo – generates video scenes from templates and short text inputs.
• Google Transcoder – processes and encodes video files for playback and download.
• Google Cloud Storage – temporarily stores your personalized video for up to 30 days.
• OpenAI (ChatGPT) – used to validate and classify the recipient's first name and detect inappropriate content.
• ElevenLabs – voice generation used in video creation (where applicable).
• SendGrid – delivers transactional emails including download links and optional “send-to-recipient” emails.
• Google reCAPTCHA – protects our platform from automated abuse and fraud.

These providers receive only the minimum data necessary to perform the service.

4. What Data AI Systems Receive

We transmit only the minimum required data to AI systems, normally:

• the recipient’s first name;
• story/template selection and short instructions;
• optional personal message for the video page;
• technical metadata necessary for rendering.

We do not transmit:

• email addresses (yours or the recipient’s);
• payment data;
• contact details, location data, or account profiles;
• customer messages sent through our contact forms.

Providers such as OpenAI, Google and ElevenLabs do not receive your identity or contact information.

5. No Use for AI Training

We have configured all AI systems as follows:

• Your inputs are not used to train machine learning models.
• Your videos are not reused for training or quality improvement.
• Data submitted to AI providers is processed solely to generate your video.

6. Video Storage & Deletion

Personalized videos are stored securely for a limited time to allow playback, download, redelivery and optional “send to recipient” delivery.

Videos are deleted after 30 days.

Temporary rendering files created during processing are deleted automatically when they are no longer required.

7. Ethical Guidelines & Safety Checks

We apply automated and manual safety checks to prevent misuse. Inputs may be rejected if they contain:

• hateful, racist or discriminatory content;
• violent, extremist or abusive content;
• sexual or adult content;
• illegal or harmful material;
• content infringing personality or trademark rights.

OpenAI (ChatGPT) is used to assist in identifying inappropriate inputs. Final decisions remain under human oversight.
